Refund policy

All sales are final. We are a small game studio and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the product page and the FAQ before you order. If something is wrong with what arrives, we will make it right.

Damaged or missing components

If your order arrives damaged, or a component is missing or misprinted, email info@barnburnersandnoblemen.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send replacement components, or a replacement set if the damage is severe, at no cost to you.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong product, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item. We will tell you what to do with the item you received; in most cases we will not ask you to ship it back.

Orders that never arrive

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived after 5 days, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier and replace it if it is lost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a package has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Orders placed elsewhere

Sets bought on Amazon or from a game store follow that seller's return policy. Kickstarter rewards were fulfilled in December 2025; backers with a component problem can use the damaged-components process above.
