These terms apply to purchases made on barnburnersandnoblemen.com, operated by Sinderstone Games ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless your checkout shows another currency. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the other methods shown. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; we may cancel and refund an order before shipment, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we will tell you if we do.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our shipping policy. All sales are final; replacements for damaged, missing or incorrect items are handled under our return and refund policy.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes apply only to orders placed on this website, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied to past orders. Expansions and add-ons are sold only on this website.

Age

Barnburners & Noblemen is recommended for ages 12 and up. It contains small parts and is not for children under 3. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Intellectual property

Barnburners & Noblemen, the world of Enemier, the characters, artwork, rules text, logos and photographs on this site are the property of Sinderstone Games or its artists and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share photos and videos of your games and write about the game freely; you may not reproduce the components, artwork or rulebook for sale or distribution without written permission.

Website content

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors happen. Colors can vary between screens and printed components. If a product is not as described, our refund policy applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
