Shipping policy

Every order ships from our studio in Huntington Beach, California. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of the order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During a convention week or a sale it can take a day or two longer; we will email you if that happens.

United States

Domestic orders ship by USPS or UPS and usually arrive 2 to 7 business days after they ship. You will receive a tracking number by email when the label is created.

International

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland and Mexico. International orders usually arrive 7 to 21 business days after they ship, depending on the destination and customs. Import duties, VAT and customs fees are not included in the price or the shipping charge; they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping charge may apply.

Damaged, lost or missing

If your order arrives damaged, is missing a component, or does not arrive at all, see our return and refund policy. In short: email us within 30 days and we will replace what is wrong.
